High Performance Low Cost Controller for Rotating Sealers, Cutters, Punchers and Printing Rolls
The CT340 / CT641 have been designed for maximum efficiency and accuracy, with minimum stress for all mechanical parts for rotating systems. Very short control cycles together with intelligent motion profiles provide excellent performance under all operating conditions.
The units are very easy to set up. All settings can be made either by keypad and display at the unit or by PC, with use of the free Motrona operator software.
All relevant operational parameters and variables are accessible by RS232/RS485 interface. For PROFIBUS applications, our PB251 gateway is available. The user has multiple possibilities for remote control of all batch and cutting parameters via operator terminals, PC or PLC systems.
ENCODER MEASURING WHEELS - HIGH ACCURACY
Connectric Encoder Measuring Wheels are designed for high accuracy and standard applications. Used in conjunction with encoders and special encoder spring arms, high accuracy measurement can be easily achieved. Each wheel is individually manufactured in North America, coated and ground to exacting standards. Accuracy is especially important in applications with long measurement distances. Applications include cardboard, wood, plastics, vinyl, paper, bare metals, textiles, wire, bare metals, varnished surfaces etc. Metric sizes and custom wheels are available too.
Flying Shear & Traveling Saw Controllers
The basic operation of "Flying Shears / Traveling Saws" is that a carriage with a cutting tool follows synchronously the material while the cut is in progress, and then returns to a home position, to wait for the next cut. The FS340 / FS641 are suitable for control of "Flying Shears" and "Flying Saws" frequently used for cut-to-length in continuous motion applications,
