Sprecher+Schuh Series L9 provides Branch Protection against overcurrent for control circuits, solenoids, actuators, appliances, business equipment and a range of other applications where a high performance current limiting device is required. Advanced features and global approvals make them ideal for use in equipment installed throughout the world.

• 1, 2 and 3 pole configurations
• Up to 20 different current ratings, 0.5A to 63 amp
• 3 trip curves available
• B: low level devices such as PLCs
  C: moderate inrush currents such as lighting, control circuits, coils, computers
  D: high inrush currents such as transformers, power supplies, heaters

• Magnetic trip for characteristics plus bimetalic prevents nuisance tripping for slight overloads
• Trip-free mechanism ensuring that operation cannot be defeated by holding the operator in the ON position
• Easy installation - standard 35 mm DIN rail mount
• Dual box lug terminals allow connection of 2 wires or wire plus bus bar
• Finger safe terminations
• Busbars available to simplify wiring
• Optional auxiiary / signal contact
• Optional shunt trip for remote tripping of the L8
• Approvals:UL489 listed, CSA 22.2, No. 5.1 approved and meets IEC 60 947-2. Te.  Series L9 also have an HCAR rating (heating and air conditioning) as well as a Switching Duty (SWD) rating from 0.5 to 20A
