The BY340 and BY641 provide sophisticated yet easy low cost solutions to 2 axis synchronization. Easily programmed using the front panel or free PC software, the BY series controls the speed and phase of a slave drive or conveyor to match the master. The ratios (different drives, encoders, etc) are independently entered so that the speeds and phases can be properly set up. If the speed of the master drive is increased, the slave will follow automatically. The built in display shows the speed eliminating the requirement for an external display. The buttons on the BY340 & BY641 can be programmed to increase or reduce the speed of the slave, adjust any phase difference, etc. 4 digital outputs can be programmed to display out of sync conditions.
The BY641 has thumb wheel switches for easy change of the speed ratios.
