The UZ210 can be programmed in multiple modes

• Digital control of high / low frequencies including forward and reverse simulation using programmable control inputs
• Speed up and slow down using digital (push button) inputs
• Control using analogue input -10 to +10 V, 0 - 10V, 0 - 20 mA, or 4 - 20 mA
• Use of a simple 10K ohm potentiometer to ramp up and down the frequency / position
• PC control using the free MOTRONA OS6 programming software

Features include:

• Incremental or SSI output
• Quadrature frequency outputs HTL or TTL (A,/A, B,/B, Z,/Z) from 0,01 Hz up to 1 Mhz
• Forward and reverse signals
• Low and high values programmable
• Ramp up and ramp down times programmable from .001 to 99.999 secs (simulate soft start and soft stop)
• Programmable curves with optionally repeating cycle curves
• Programmable using the free operating software
• Operation as frequency converter / generator, positional / angular encoder or data logging possible
• USB or RS232 programmability
• Etc.

Applications include encoder simulator for frequency (speed) or position, master speed control for multiple drives, test benches, test labs, QC, PLC system program verification, testing machinery operation in the early stages of maufacture to speed up testing and troubleshooting, simulating repeating cycles, troubleshooting during machine maintenance, etc.

We also provide encoders, position, frequency and SSI displays, and an analogue generator with a programmable characteristics to control the UZ210.
