Connectric provides turnkey systems for Glue Application Control. Plastic film, pouch manufacturing, extrusion manufacturing, continuous in line process, moulding, etc. that require glue to be applied specifically and repetively. This standalone system can easily be added to older or newer machinery.
Connectric Glue Application control systems have been used continuously in the plastic film industry in excess of 20 years.
Glue guns can be turned on and off accurately and repetitevely for clear film, be triggered by registration marks on film, or by sensors detecting the presence of product. We use solid state relays for high reliability to turn off and on the glue guns. We can accommodate AC or DC powered glue guns (specify when ordering).
Connectric measuring and counting systems are standalone, inexpensive, easy to implement to older and newer machines, and are very accurate.
