Connectric provides turnkey applications for counting in production processes. The systems can be used to counting the number of items manufactured, hourly, daily or weekly production runs, production shift count, registration marks on webs for customer quality purposes etc. If we can detect it, we can count it. A variety of photoelectric or proximity sensors and encoders are used, appropriately chosen for the application.
For registration mark counting on a moving firm web, we use fast and easily to set up registration sensors. Teach button allows for easy setup Speeds of up to 15, 20 or 30K can be achieved. This can be used for quality control and customer assurance. The registration sensor is connected to a large display counter which provides accurate count of the number of registration marks. Optional communication can be used for data logging the counts.
Simultaneous count and speed can be provided using a single counter and display.
