Slim line power relays and sockets are widely used to interface between PLCs and equipment to protect PLC outputs from premature burn out. The sockets and relays are just 6 mm wide and provide a very economical form of protection. Slim relays are also used in panels for control purposes. Bus bars are available to minimize wiring time and cost. Relays are available in standard or solid state versions.
