Overload Protection

Sprecher + Schuh's CEP7 solid state overload relays offer leading edge technology with several advanced features, including Selectable trip class and field-installable modules, a 5:1 set current adjustment range, normally open trip contacts, normally closed isolated alarm contact, a robust mechanical and electrical mounting, and your choice of field-installable modules for remote reset, jam (stall) protection, ground fault protection, or thermistor relay, which can be matched with an electronic remote indication device (Intelli-button) for panel mounting. Profibus or Ethernet communications are also possible. CEP7 mounts directly to the CA7 up to 120 amps or CA6 contactors up to 800 amps or available for separate mounting up to 120 amps.

CT8 Thermal Overload Relays from Sprecher + Schuh are simple and effective motor protection for applications 7.5HP@ 460V (10HP @575V). The CT8 Overloads offer consistent and reliable protection in an economical thermal overload relay designed to mount directly to Sprecher + Schuh CA8 Contactors. Standard features include Differential Tripping, Automatic/Manual reset modes, and isolated alarm circuit contacts.
